For a Smooth Delivery, We Require the Following Documents:
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle registration documents
- Order number / Tour number
- Confirmation of client liability according to § 13 of the Minimum Wage Act

The delivery and collection of goods at the Rosenberg plant are carried out through two gates. Which gate is relevant for you is usually noted on the order / order confirmation. As a small aid, here is a rough overview of the responsibilities of the two gates:

Truck Registration at Gate 2
Before entering Gate 2, the driver must have a filled out and signed truck registration form, which is available in multiple languages on site.

Please note that our factory entrance Gate 2 may not be registered in all navigation devices yet. Accordingly, please inform your drivers and provide them with a sketch of the approach to Gate 2 if necessary.
